SARASOTA, Fla. – November 6, 2015 – 8 a.m.
The City of Sarasota in conjunction with the Sarasota Patriotic Observance Committee will co-host the annual Veterans Day Parade on Wednesday, November 11, 2015 at 10 a.m. in downtown Sarasota to honor our military veterans.
There will be several road closures and vehicle tow away zones for the parade throughout Wednesday morning:
Wednesday, November 11, 2015 Street Closures:
6 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Main Street from Lemon Avenue to Gulfstream Avenue
6 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Gulfstream Avenue from Cocoanut Avenue to McAnsh Square
8 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Links Avenue from Fruitville Road to Ringling Boulevard
8 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Osprey Avenue from Fruitville Road to Ringling Boulevard
8 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Main Street from U.S. 301 to Osprey Avenue
8 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Main Street from Osprey Avenue to Lemon Avenue
